• Details you give us: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, country or city, travel dates, group size and any notes — when you send an enquiry, create an account, book or order.
• Booking and order details: travellers’ names, ID details where a hotel or operator requires them, delivery address, and payment status (not your card number).
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and time spent, collected automatically and through cookies.

• To reply to enquiries and plan, book and support your trip
• To process payments, issue invoices and deliver orders
• To send booking confirmations and important service messages
• To improve the website and prevent fraud
• To send occasional updates — only if you agree, with an easy opt-out

We never sell your personal data.

• Hotels, transport operators, guides and priests — only what they need to deliver the service you booked.
• Payment gateways and couriers, to process payments and deliveries.
• Analytics and advertising providers (such as Google) through cookies — see below.
• Authorities, where the law requires (for example, hotel guest registration of foreign nationals).

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart, and analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google AdSense) to understand usage and show ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; essential features may then stop working.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by writing to info@kashitravel.live. We process data in accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Visitors from the EU/UK may also have rights under the GDPR.

Our services are not directed at children under 18. Parents or guardians book on behalf of minors.
