Where we ship
- We currently ship within India only, to PIN codes served by our courier partners.
- Our default courier is Delhivery. Contact us if you need another service.
- Please provide a complete address and a reachable phone number.
Dispatch and delivery
- In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders after 4 PM are processed the next working day.
- Typical delivery: 2–7 working days for metros, up to 10 working days elsewhere; the North-East and remote areas can take longer.
- Shipping charges are shown at checkout for each item.
- Delays caused by weather, strikes or government restrictions are outside our control.
Tracking and issues
- You will receive a tracking link once your order ships; you can also track it from My Trips.
- Report a delivery problem within 15 days of dispatch.
